Terms of Use

• Platform — the Zehinly management system operating on zehinly.com and its subdomains.
• Center — a course or training center that subscribes to the Platform.
• Center admin — the person who manages the Platform on behalf of the Center and is responsible for the subscription.
• User — anyone who signs in to the Platform with their own account: the Center admin, branch managers, staff, teachers, students and parents.
• Content — any information and files that Users enter into the Platform.

• There is no public registration on the Platform: Centers are created by the platform administrator, while staff, teacher, student and parent accounts are created by the Center.
• You must not share your sign-in details with anyone else and must keep your password secret. You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, change your password immediately and notify your Center or us.
• Each user sees only the sections their role permits; staff permissions are set by the Center.

• It is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters and for collecting it on a lawful basis, including obtaining the consent of a parent or legal representative for students who are minors.
• It gives its staff only the permissions they need for their work and closes the accounts of departing staff in a timely manner.
• It is responsible for the content of the notifications and messages it sends to students and parents.
• It pays the subscription fee on time.

• accessing or attempting to access another person’s account without authorization;
• exploiting vulnerabilities in the Platform or attempting to gain access to another Center’s data;
• overloading the Platform with automated requests;
• posting content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others, or sending spam;
• copying, modifying, reverse engineering or reselling the Platform’s code;
• entering real people’s data into the demo center.

Report any security vulnerability you find to support@zehinly.com. We do not take legal action over reports made in good faith that cause no harm.

• Data entered by the Center belongs to the Center. Zehinly uses it only to provide the service.
• The Center can export its data from the system at any time, including after the subscription ends.
• The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

The Platform’s software, design, logo and the “Zehinly” name belong to us. The subscription grants the Center a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for the duration of the subscription.

Plans, prices and limits are shown on the zehinly.com website. The rules on the trial period, payment, subscription expiry and refunds are explained in the separate “Payments and Refunds” document.

• We make every effort to keep the Platform running without interruption, but short outages may occur due to maintenance, internet issues or failures of third-party providers.
• Where possible, we schedule planned maintenance outside working hours.
• We continuously develop the Platform: features may be added, changed or replaced. If we remove a core feature included in your plan, we will notify you in advance.

• The Platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for the accuracy of the data entered by the Center or for decisions made on the basis of that data.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Center in the 3 months preceding the claim.

• The Center may stop using the Platform at any time by not renewing its subscription; in that case the Center switches to read-only mode.
• If these terms are seriously breached (for example, a security attack or unlawful content), we may suspend the account or the Center’s access; where possible, we will warn you first.
• After termination, data is retained and deleted as described in the “Retention period” section of the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We first try to resolve disputes through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be heard by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page and the date above is updated. We notify Center admins of significant changes at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
