Cookie Policy

Last updated: 30.09.2026

Zehinly uses only the cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the website and the panel to work. There are no advertising, tracking or profiling cookies, so we do not show a consent banner.

01What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. For similar purposes, the browser’s local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and a cache for offline use are also used. In this document we refer to all of them together as “cookies”.

02Essential cookies

NamePurposeDuration
auth_tokenKeeps you signed in so you don’t have to enter your password every time.30 days or until you sign out
…_session, XSRF-TOKENOnly in the platform administrators’ management panel (app.zehinly.com): the session and protection of forms against forgery.Until the session ends
__cf_bmCloudflare: distinguishes real visitors from automated bots.30 minutes

Without these cookies it is not possible to sign in or work securely, so they do not require consent.

03Browser storage

themeLight or dark appearance.Until you change it
sidebar_collapsedWhether the side menu in the panel is collapsed.Until you change it
push-opt-outThat you have declined browser notifications.Until you change it
onboarding_dismissed:*That the Center admin has closed the getting-started guide.Until browser storage is cleared
cookie_notice_seenThat you have already seen this cookie notice.Until browser storage is cleared
DraftsKeeps unsent text (for example, quiz answers or a debt message template) from being lost.Until sent or deleted

App cacheStores the panel’s files so it opens quickly and works even on a weak internet connection (service worker).Until the next version

04Third-party services

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics measures the total number of visits without using cookies and does not track you across websites.
  • Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; when this happens, your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
  • We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels or other tracking code.

05How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies and the website’s storage in your browser settings. If auth_token is deleted, you will be signed out; if browser storage is blocked, your language and appearance preferences will not be remembered.

06Changes

If we add a new cookie, we will update this table. If we decide to use non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
